Merkur Casino, German Gauselmann Group's arcade chain, has opened two entertainment centers under the brand Merkur Spielo, the group has announced.

Merkur Casino, German Gauselmann Group's arcade chain, has opened two entertainment centers under the brand Merkur Spielo, the group has announced.

In March, the two arcades opened in Hungary -- one in Szolnok and the other in Szeged.

The Szolnok location boasts a 370-square-meter gaming floor with more than 60 game stations, while the Szeged arcade measures at 320 square meters with just under 50 gaming stations.

Merkur said it has operated arcades in the region since 1996.
