TouchTunes Names Former BMG Executive as C.E.O.

TouchTunes Corporation, the interactive entertainment network provider, has appointed Charles Goldstuck, a former present and chief operating officer of Bertlesmann Music Group, or BMG, as its chief executive.

TouchTunes Corporation, the interactive entertainment network provider, has appointed Charles Goldstuck, a former present and chief operating officer of Bertlesmann Music Group, or BMG, as its chief executive.
The privately held United States corporation said that Mr. Goldstruck began his career at music publisher Warner/Chapell Music in Los Angeles heading up the Latin American division.
Prior to his new post, Mr. Goldstruck also served as the executive vice president of Capitol Records and as a general manager and executive vice president of Arista Records.
"Charles is a proven business leader in the multi-channel, multi-product environment, encompassing the fully-integrated distribution of music, digital marketing and entertainment," said Bill Meder, TouchTunes' chairman, in a prepared statement.
"He has a clear, forward-thinking strategy for the company that we are confident is going to take TouchTunes to the next level," he added.
Mr. Goldstruck also serves as a board member of various corporate entities, as well as the City of Hope Children’s Foundation and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation.
