Catherine Ashton, European Union trade commissioner, told reporters on Thursday that the European Commission will announce the results sometime next week.

Clive Hawkswood, chief executive of Remote Gambling Association, the group who filed the initial complaint in late 2007, told IGamingNews in February that he believes the ruling will be in his group's favor.
